Join us on Wednesday, September 23rd at 7:00pm for our next History Lecture featuring, Joe Boyle.

Joe Boyle is a social studies teacher at Morrison R. Waite High School and an adjunct instructor at Bowling Green State University. He has a B.A. in history, and an M.Ed. in curriculum. Joe has researched and taught World War II since 1998. He is the 2015 American Legion Ohio Educator of the Year, and spent the summer of 2015 as one of 18 teachers from around the world building curriculum on World War II in Northern Europe for the American Battle Monuments Commission. He was recently featured on the “Today Show”.

Joe will be sharing stories of men and women that he has researched who were from Lucas County and served in the American uniform, making the ultimate sacrifice in defense of our nation.
