MONCLOVA HEALTH, FUN, and FITNESS DAY:

The Monclova Community Center is pleased to announce that we will be holding our 2nd annual Community Health, Fun & Fitness Day on Tuesday, November 10th, 2015 from 9:30am – 1:30pm. It will include: Various Heath Care/Wellness Providers, Blood Pressure Checks, Blood Sugar Checks, Weight Checks, *Flu Shots, Speakers, Fitness Demonstrations, Fitness Class Information, FREE snacks (while supplies last), Music, Prizes & Raffles! The Center is located at 8115 Monclova Rd., Monclova, OH  (Just 3 miles West of St. Luke’s Hospital). The event is sponsored by Oasis Restaurant, Heartland Rehab Services, & St. Luke’s Hospital. Please call 419-861-1336 for more information. (*The shots will be offered through ProMedica Wellness, the cost is $27 per vaccine. Traditional Medicare Part B will be accepted as payment.
