2024 Membership/Donation Campaign

It’s that time again! Our yearly Monclova Historical Foundation membership/donation campaign helps keep our Center’s doors open for all to enjoy! Please consider a donation of any amount. If your donation is $25 or more you will be automatically enrolled in our membership and receive a discounts on our rooms and more! See form below for more information, incentives, and membership levels!

We accept:  Check, Credit Cards, or Cash.  You can mail your donation and/or membership form to 8115 Monclova Rd., Monclova, OH  43542   OR   you can call the office at 419-861-1336 to make a Credit Card payment.   Thank you for your consideration!

• If you donate between $25-$49 you will automatically qualify for our single membership level.
• If you donate between $50-$99 you will automatically qualify for our family membership level.
• If you donate between $100-$499 you will automatically qualify for our founder’s membership level.
• If you donate between $500 or more you will automatically qualify for our Lifetime membership level.

If your donation qualifies you for one of the above categories, please make sure to fill out the form below and send it in with your payment.
